I have been shopping there for years. First with my mother who had foot problems and needed special adapters. Recently I've bought shoes for myself, as well as customised inserts. My hard to fit husband finds shoes there also.
The people are knowledgeable and .gracious

Bend Over if you shop there- Over-priced and in some cases, older styles. There's a reason they don't put prices on their shoes. I got charged $40 over suggested retail and double what the shoes were selling for online. Then when I returned the shoes (unworn after one day), they clipped me for a 15% re-stocking fee. Seriously!



I prefer to shop locally and support small businesses, but not when they are going to take advantage of my trust and/or attempt to rip me off. it's places like this that drive people to online sellers. Really a Shame....
