Provided by YP.comWe had the front wheel assembly break on our Hoover upright. Took it to the store where we were met by a smiling Charlie, son of Frank. He quickly inspected the Hoover and offered to order a new part or maybe he had a secondhand part could be found out back. We opted for the latter. A few minutes later Charlie was back with a used part in hand. He quickly fit it and charged us a fair price.
Very pleased we went to Franks.

Provided by YP.comFrank is probably the most knowledgeable person on vacuums. I know hes been in the business for a long time. If your looking for a good vacuum and one that is going to last, they see the other side of it, they repair there too. One important thing to look at before you buy, They do their own warranty in house.
