I spent a year there. The so-called managers were two
wacko women who needed psychiatric help, or prison, or both. They allowed people who did not live there, to do things that were flatly illegal. Things
were so bad, I had to get the OHFA and HUD involved, not once, or twice, but THREE times. The idiot who "runs" the management office in Arkansas, is a pure idiot. The whole bunch should be in jail.
