About time I find someone I can trust with my hair I'm super picky and very happy I came across great clips at 91 yale. I belive her name is joanna I just want to say thank you joanna for doing a super job you better belive I'll be coming back.

I had gone to get a haircut during the grand opening and was pleased with not my hair and my sons. I returned today and the staff was completely different.



The shop is clean and staff was friendly but after describing the cut I wanted (all the same length with some moderate layers to increase body) and showing a photo, the woman butchered my hair.



It was 3 inches shorter (about 1 1/2 inches shorter than I showed with my fingers) in front than it was in the back. The woman said it was because of the layers but clearly she didn't leave any length in the front while layering.



I've had my hair cut by both high end professionals and quick cheap places many times and never had someone screw up this bad.



I had the woman cut the back shorter than I wanted to get it close to the same length.



The woman knew I was angry but charged me anyways despite their posted policy that if you aren't happy you don't pay.



Beware.

Excellent service. Clean environment. friendly staff and promt service. I have been to almost every Great Clips in the area. All have the same review from me. This is now my go to place. They mean it when they say "Relax, you're at Great Clips."
