My wife and i had a great experience at Hahn Appliance in Tulsa! Joey was very knowledgeable and took his time to ensure we had all the information we needed to purchase the right washer/dryer for our family. I would definitely recommend visiting Hahn when you're in need of a new home appliance.

Very unprofessional staff from management down. I took out a 5 year warranty on my appliance and I am being treated like s&!# trying to get it serviced. It has been 11 days and nor has it been fixed or replaced. Now the service rep is just relaying messages to me through other associates and the manager is "needing" to call me back after insulting my purchase by saying my dryer has not been made in YEARS although I just purchased it 3 years ago from them. I purchased a 5 year warranty and now instead of treating customers the same way when making a purchase they treating me like crap.



Hahn's are you buying old outdated junk merchandise hence the reason you can sell it at low prices????? I cant understand why your

Sales Manager is insulting the merchandise you guys are selling.



I tried to give them Zero stars but had to rate it at least a one.

I would like to talk this time to say thanks to Mallory at the Tulsa store.we purchased a tv and had some issues with it.I called and talked with Mallory and she replaced it with something we were happy with.Mallory is a asset to your company.we definitely will continue doing business with Hahns.thanks Randy and Brenda Savala
