After spending $1400 for this program, I got nothing but a pamphlet and drugs for the cleansing portion and sent on my way. 30 days later I came back for the injections and the RN tried to do a bait and switch on the B12 injections and supplements. I had several concerns during the detoxing and wanted issued addressed before beginning the injections - I was told "lets wait and see how things go". I'm sorry, but on a 500 calorie a day diet that is dangerous in itself and NOT being medically supervised, this is the WRONG answer!! This happened with the OK branch (Looks Health & Fitness), so I sent an email to their Corporate headquarters HCG Medical. My email was totally ignored and not acknowledged. I went back a week later and continued to ask for answers, I was then told by the RN I would have to deal with the Tulsa Office (HCG Medical) - I live in OK, my contract was with the OK office, but FINE. The RN then told me that Dr. Shuler would be calling me and going over my case with me. THIS NEVER HAPPENED... Not once did I ever speak to a bonafide doctor. Instead a help desk individual contacted me and went over the pamphlet of what I was supposed to be doing and encouraged me to even eat less!! Even though the pamphlet said to eat atleast 450 calories. The help desk DID seem to care, but the next couple of times I tried calling them for support, my calls were NOT returned. I'm $1400 shorter in the pocket and very displeased with this company's selling of a product promising medical supervision. What a hoax and joke!! Do not risk your health, go to someone who will follow and monitor your progress.
