AMAZING! I am from Springfield, MO nearly 3 hours away and Israel Diamond Supply is completely worth of drive. I am a researcher by nature and I didn't want to get ripped off on my engagement ring. My fiancé and I knew we didn't want to go with the chain retail jeweler so we started with some stores around Springfield, Joplin, Eureka Springs, etc. We literally have been researching for 6 months. Someone recommended we try Israel Diamonds and we are so happy that we did. The customer service was hands down the best we have received from anywhere! They truly took the time to get to know us as a couple and figure out what we would like and could afford. They educated us on diamonds and how to look at them for imperfections. They took their time, stayed late, and when it came down to pulling out our wallet we hesitated. The owner came out and told us he didn't want us to buy anything we were unsure about. He told us to go home and give him a call personally if we wanted to continue. Absolutely no pressure and genuine salesmen. About the ring, we didn't find "THE ONE" while we were there. The owner asked me a series of questions of what I was looking for in my engagement ring. He is designing me the ring of my dreams FOR A QUARTER OF THE PRICE in Springfield, MO. If you are even partially considering shopping here GO! You won't be disappointed. Even if you don't find exactly what you are looking for, you will receive top notch customer service, education, and maybe even a personally designed dream ring for your girl.

From my first interactions with Adel and Karie, they treated me with the highest level of respect. These people do business the right way. They both played key roles in helping me battle a well-known international diamond store that scammed me and made me feel absolutely violated. Not only did they bend over backwards to show me great customer service, but they made absolutely certain that I was given the best price possible for an absolutely stunning engagement ring; a ring that my significant other truly deserves.
