Originally from northern Illinois, Dr. John Fonder grew up as one of 5 children of Dr. A.C. Fonder, a general dentist, author and pioneer in the fields of TMD therapy and maxillo-facial prosthetics. Dr. John attended Oral Roberts School of Dentistry and graduated in 1983. After two years of practicing in Illinois, his love of Oklahoma lead him back to Tulsa where he has spent the majority of his dental career. Dr. Fonder is a member of the American Dental Association and the Tulsa County Dental Society. He is the father of twin daughters Sarah and Allison.
