I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Loftgren. I had to wait three weeks to get in to be seen. I arrived right on time for my appointment. The receptionist immediately asked me if I had my paperwork filled out, as I was a new patient. I informed her that I hadn't since no paperwork was sent to me. She told me that I should have arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and since I hadn't, I would have to reschedule. I had not been told to arrive early. The same thing happened to the lady in front of me, and her appointment was rescheduled for one month later. I didn't reschedule, and I do not plan to visit again.
