Provided by YP.comThe dealership was very helpful with all of my questions. And unlike other dealerships, They weren't pushy or aggressive.

Provided by YPmobileDo not get your car serviced here. They were charging me $250 for an $8 part. They said it was no where in town yet I found it at Auto Parts store. The guy put it on for $10 bucks while MM was going to charge me $500 total.

Provided by YP.comKnow that they will do whatever it takes to make the sale, EVEN IF IT MEANS TO LIE, CHEAT, OR COMMIT FRAUD! Then when you discover it, they will DEFEND it and say that it is your fault for being agreeable to the sale in the first place!

Provided by YP.comI chose Marc Miller after being unhappy about warranty work at another dealership. They diagnosed a major problem before I left town. . A little over a month later my warranty elapsed I am glad Marc Miller caught it before it cost me!
Now I don't take a chance with other shops or "fast lube" places. The 3 people at the front desk are always friendly and helpful even when the shop seems busy. I tend to want everything explained and they are always patient to answer my questions. I like that I can drop it off confident that my vehicle well be secure and safe when I return.
I recently test drove a used Vehicle. The salesman was knowledgeable with the vehicle and even told me about a credit union's great local rate promotion! I expected them to steer me to GMAC but the salesman told me about the best rate in town. I shopped the vehicle and it is the cheapest for 250 miles and it had lower miles than the other vehicles.

Provided by YP.comThe service is fair to good as long as the vehicle is under warranty. But they don't stand behind their work after it is over. Took a GMC sonota in for regular oil change and asked them to ckeck out squeak in brakes. I was told that they were ok. 3,000miles later when I asked again about the squeak they tell me that I need to replace the rotor because it had a 1/16" gouge in it. When I asked why it was not noted when I brought it in all they would say was "the service person that had checked the brakes in the first place had been fired for other such mistakes". When I asked what they were going to do about it, I was told nothing. I asked your not even going to split the cost of the rotor since half of the problem was with their service person? Their answer was NO your problem. What a way to run a business. The father was a much better owner/manager/???
