My father and mother obtained a revocable trust with the help of Mr. Martin. When both of them passed away, I requested assistance with the trust to have titles/deeds changed on the house and property. Mr. Martin told me he was "too busy" during tax time to assist me. He gave me the name of another lawyer who he said did these things for him. She has never responded to my requests for contact. I live out of state and wanted to complete what needed to be done before returning home. I believe passing me off just because it was tax season is terribly unprofessional.
