very nice people always do a great job, even though there are days when they are really busy but its worth the wait. My coats look amazing! thank you

This is the best place ever they are so sweet and nice and always on time with my cloths and great location ... Recommend anybody that needs alterations to go there

NEVER GO HERE. I had alterations done to my prom dress. Two days before prom they gave my prom dress to someone else. They called the person who signed her name off. She had no recullection of picking up her dress. So Monroy's gave my dress to a COMPLETE stranger. Didn't even check the signature.

They never communicated to me when they heard back from that lady.

Poor communication skills, poor management, and overall terrible experience as Monroy's. They're idiots.
