PDD is very nice over the phone! They were very helpful. Until I actually got to my wisdom teeth appointment. First they told me they had not recieved my X-rays. Even though I had called several days prior to confirm that they had. I get into the room and the doctor starts my IV, WITH NO GLOVES. Did I mention I'm a bleeder? Long story short, I came out crying and my arm still bleeding. I was given very vague instructions on aftercare. I was never informed there would be holes in my cheeks three weeks later and I would need to keep cleaning. Long story short, very poor patient care and obviously I do not recommend this office.
