I have taken my dog to be groomed here for the past 6+ years. The grooming staff used to be phenomonal. They've replaced the wonderful staff with young, inexperienced "groomers" who don't know the first thing about handling older dogs nor customer service. I may have to drive a few minutes further to a groomer that treats my dog well, but it's well worth it! Stay away from PetCo on Riverside in Tulsa.

I had similar experience . No one on the floor to help me find cat supplies the guy that tried to help me was clueless and had no idea what he was talking about when it came to cat food or cat milk. Not too mention their prices are outrageous. Also, bought a live plant for my aquarium it was infested with snail eggs, hence , my tank had a bad snail problem for 5 months after that.

They have the highest prices in town. If thats not the worst they have no body on the sales floor to help. I tried to get help with food and they tried to tell me they Benaful was the best dog food on the market. Even I knew that was not true. This was not the worst. There were too many dead fish to count back in the fish department. They have very rude and mean staff when ever I asked questons they acted as if I was a problem
