Provided by YP.comI've eaten at many pho restaurants in oklahoma, and pho da cao has to be the best by far. I love the special pho. BUT not only is the pho good, their rice plates and noodle salad bowls are freakin delicious! I recommend everyone to try the rice and porkchops. My favorite! <3 The prices are excellent as well. You can get an amazing meal for under $10! DEFINITELY TRY IT OUT IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY!
