Primeaux KIA is family owned. Henry Primeaux, his wife Jane, and their daughter, Lisa Lotz; are all active in the day-to-day operations. Henry and Jane's teen-age grandsons even work at the store: as lot boys during the summer and on weekends. The Primeaux Family’s only business is Primeaux KIA. They do not own multiple dealerships or multiple auto franchises. Selling and Servicing KIA vehicles is what they do... And they do it well. Each and every year since its beginning, Primeaux KIA has received the K-Dealer award for outstanding sales, service and customer satisfaction. This coveted KIA Motors America award is only awarded to the most outstanding KIA dealerships. Each month, the Primeaux KIA Service Department holds a "New Owner Clinic". Here, customers who recently purchase a KIA can get together in a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy dinner, learn how to care for their new KIA, meet the service manager and advisors and ask questions. Primeaux KIA also offers a “Check Book of Savings” which gives customers discounts savings on their service work at the dealership throughout the life of the vehicle.

Provided by YP.comDon't go there! The only 2 good reviews were by Mr. Primeaux's daughter and one of their employs. User name Lotzalisa. Duh her name is Lisa Lotz. The other is John Latta who works there too. Do your research people especially if you're going to spend thousands of your hard earned money!

Provided by YP.comBY FAR ONE OF THE WORST CAR DEALERSHIPS I HAVE EVER EVER EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. Henry primeaux hired his daughter as the store manager, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I have and will always recommend any other dealership when any of my friends, coworkers, and family are looking for a new car. Henry primeaux himself was in the lobby and walked by several customers not even greeting or saying a quick hello. Shame on the primeaux dealership, awful. Several days before i bought a vehicle from them, i had my mechanic tell me the headlights and ac were no good, i then told them to fix it, and they told me it was looked at and nothing was wrong. They sold me a car that didnt have a working air conditioner, THE DAY AFTER i bought the vehicle i took it back to see if they would fix it and they charged me $1000 to fix it. As well, i was cussed at in front of other customers, and was told something along the lines of "Well i make more money then you do, i dont have to deal with this s***" By Henry Primeaux daughter. Lisa Primeaux is very unladylike and VERY unprofessional, i am not surprised she has resorted to working at her dads business. My assumption would be because no one else would hire her, with her attitude and awful interaction skills with the public. Like i said, AWFUL SERVICE...
If you want a place with GOOD (bare minimum) customer service, friendly staff, and reliability, DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR CAR.

This family owned store makes every effort to take care of their customers. I highly rate them in every department.

Provided by YP.comIf you want a safe, courteous, friendly, Christian experience, do NOT go here!!!! My family's experience here was HORRIFIC. I brought in my Kia Sedona to have some warranty work done, they didn't fix anything. They had said that they would replace some parts for me under the warranty. When they called to tell me it was ready, they said that they didn't fix the problem and wouldn���t do it. It was a shame too because while we were waiting for the car to be fixed we had looked at and decided to buy a ���07 Sedona for $32,715.
When we went in to pick up our Sedona, I gave the salesman the brochure back and his card and said that I would not buy another Kia. This was because of how this dealership does not stand behind their product and because of their poor service. This is when the Service Manager started yelling and cussing at me in front of everyone on the sales floor. He physically threatened me and kept saying F***this and F*** that. NO one should have to be treated like this. Thankfully my wife and kids were in the car and did not have to witness this abuse.
