Do not rent with them. You are highly unlikely to get your deposit back because they will charge you for everything even though the house was not in tip top condition in the first place when you first move in and you already stayed there for two more years. Amazing company to work with! I needed a place on short notice and they not only delivered, it's PERFECT. Amazing location, darling updates and layout, maintenance has been on the ball about getting the little small stuff I'm ocd about done. I really couldn't have asked for a better company to sign a lease with. On top of all of that - they even wrote me a thank you note. Cheeky - but I loved it!
