I wouldn't even give them 1, they had the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. When their machine broke and ruined the whole container of ice they would not reimburse me for what I had already paid for. When we decided to cut ties I told them I would need a specific time for them to pick up the machine because of the way everything was set up. I showed up one day and they had cut my personal lock on the ice bin and had taken it without prior notice.



When I confronted them to reimburse me for the ice they ruined they told me that they would not give me my money back. Yet they admitted their machine was broken.



When it comes down to it, they don't care about their smaller customers whatsoever. I walked away knowing they didn't care about me because I tried to work something out with them and their upper management hung up on me and never addressed the problem. STAY AWAY from Reddy Ice.
