In addition to maintaining his private practice in neurology and neuropsychiatry, Dr. Richter uses his unparalleled experience in the field of clinical research. He is the founder and president of Tulsa Clinical Research LLC, an independent research center. ​ Dr. Richter is a Board-certified child and adult neurologist and Board-eligible trained psychiatrist. ​ Dr. Richter is Clinical Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa.
