I live an hour and a half away from Ft. Smith, and they always accommodate my need to get my machine serviced in one day when we will be in the city on other business. This prevents me from having to make two trips. I am so appreciative of their service!

The manager and employees are friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I have bought several machines from them as well as supplies and am very happy with the quality and service.

They used to have a lady there that was always very pushy and would sell you high end machines that you could not afford or need and then she would get mad if it was brought back. They have since gotten rid of her and are working to increase their customer service image. They are knowledgeable about all the sewing machines they sell and service. Wish they offered more classes that are helpful to quilters. A free sew day would be great as well where you could bring your project you are working on and meet other quilters and learn things from them as well. Ilove meeting new people and learning new things form others.

I just want to say, the folks at Sewing Machines of Tulsa are superb! There is NEW management. The original owner still owns it; However, one of the ladies and repair man is gone that had been employed there for many years. There has been some big changes there! You really need to come in and visit with folks that work there now. I have my own drapery business with my mother going on nearly 20 years now. We've taken our personal home machines to Sewing Machines of Tulsa and had good service and was happy with the machines when we got them back. We needed parts for our nearly 25 year old commercial machines, they were able to get them for us quickly so our downtime was only a few days of being without them. And the best part now.....since we are slowly retiring my mother and my business; I decided to go to work at Sewing Machines of Tulsa! And I really Love working there! It is way different since two people are gone that retired. You're gonna like the folks there now! Laurie is very knowledgable in Embroidery and Quilting as she has done it for many years. Plus she worked at Hancocks before they closed and has some experience in leading you in the right direction of items you might be looking for. She is a good Teacher also. She does the Free unlimited classes now when you buy your machine; and she knows some unique techniques to use to save time and headaches with your projects. Kris, the new Manager and creative Finance Director, is an Intelligent woman. If they don't have what youre looking for, she knows how to find it and has resources to figure out how to get it for you. She is computer savvy and if you have issues with software on your computer working with your Embroidery machine, she will work with it and figure it out and if she can't, she will call in her resources and help to get it working for you. The Repair man now, best Tulsa has. And the Machine Prices are better now as well, $139 & up!

Stay away!!
We have serviced our machine here 3 times and its still not fixed. The last time they kept the items we brought in with our machine so they could test it. When we asked about the items they just tried to sell us different items from their shop.
The head lady here cannot be nice. She is condescending and rude.
I will never use this shop again and recommend others to stay away. They sold us a machine that they themselves do not know how to use.
We are not ignorant as we have our own clothing shop. There are just too many other stores to tolerate such rudeness.

I bought my machine and had one serviced here. I've been back for supplies to go with my Jenome schoolmate machine purchased here. Their prices are reasonable and economical. They also provided a way for me to charge what I needed. I enjoy going. If your machine needs fixing and something isn't right, they are quick to take care of the problem.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MACHINE HERE! I took mine in for a basic service, and have had to take it back SIX TIMES to fix things that weren't broken before. That was after I got charged significantly more than their price list indicated for my machine type. Her excuse? "Oh I don't know who put that sign there but it's wrong." They keep trying to sell me stuff, and saying I wouldn't have this problem if I didn't buy such a cheap machine. CHEAP? It was almost $1000! Oh, but if I buy one of theirs (starting at $1800) they would be willing to finance me for up to two years. I think not!

I took a part in and asked if they could order it. That was 1.5yrs ago and for about 2-3wks I called them every 3rd day. I landed up buying my own part on line. They have never gotten back to me. I will never request the assistance again.
