My experience at Signature Smiles of Tulsa has been the best

experience at the dentist I have ever had. The beautiful facility and

helpful staff made me feel comfortable right away, while the

remarkable attention to detail made my experience truly enjoyable. The

waiting room is beautiful and well appointed, there are televisions in

the ceiling to watch while having dental work done, and the staff is

friendly and helpful from the first phone call through to the end of

the appointments. Even while undergoing the most complex dental work I have ever had done, Dr. Franklin and his staff made me feel so comfortable and did such a great job that I found it more than worth the three hour drive it took me to get to their beautiful and friendly office in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I was really impressed with Dr. Franklin at Signature Smiles and his staff. I used a Groupon for a crown. They were very friendly and professional from the beginning. Before starting, he said there may be an additional expense if there was a lot of prep work needed when he got underneath my metal cap. This was completely reasonable. Sort of like a contractor who gives a quote but says there may be additional work needed when he gets inside the walls.



So, I was prepared for the worst, but in the end, he said no extra work was necessary to get the tooth ready. Very nice. Someone else complained about his bedside manner, and I'm not going to dispute their experience, but I didn't feel that was the case with me. Yeah, he was busy and didn't give me a lot of extra personal, "getting to know you time." But can you blame him? I don't expect a lot of "hand-holding" when I visit a medical doctor either. They've spent years studying to get to this point and they're pretty busy. Dr. Franklin was very straight-forward with what was going to happen and the possible costs and that's exactly what I wanted.



Also, the office was state-of-the-art. Lots of TVs, latest equipment, and gorgeous views. It's worth checking out.

I was definitely not satisfied when I went to this office. I purchased a Groupon for a routine cleaning. The staff was not friendly, and the dentist was at the top of that list! He had absolutely no "bedside manner", and came abruptly into the room, said I needed a couple cavities filled and a crown. When asked how much all of that would cost, he said $1600, then left the room. A few weeks later I went to another dentist, and they told me the tooth that I needed a "crown" on, was just a small/medium sized cavity. Given I went to a not-for-profit clinic. I would not recommend this clinic, unless you mind getting unnecessary dental work done, and have money to throw away.

Dr. Marks helped me finally be able to smile. I had horrible gaps and chipped teeth due to years of neglect to my teeth and never having braces. Dr. Marks corrected all the chips and used invisalign braces on me to make my smile beautiful. He really is an artist when it comes to smiles, and I couldn't ask mine to be better. His staff is also very nice and really knowledgeable. He's also really gentle which was a plus. He's an incredible dentist and is really passionate about what he does.

The staff is so welcoming and easy to get along with. I was nervous about visiting the dentist but Dr. Franklin and his staff made me very comfortable and informed me about all my options and different sedations available to fit my budget. Dr. Franklin did a wonderful job working on my dental needs and his staff is exceptionally loving and caring. I recommend Dr. Franklin and his staff to anyone who is anxious about visiting the dentist, they make you feel like family at Signature Smiles.
