Last Feb. 17, 2009, I called Sooner Service Co. to repair our refrigerator, a technician arrived and found the problem, but said he would have to order the part, which he said has been on backorder from the manufacturer and may be sometime before it arrived and that we would have to pay for it, then, which I did. After numerous phone contact with the Company, we learned that they did, indeed, have the part and would install it. After many more phone calls and promises to come and repair it, our refrigerator still in need of the part.

In their Yellow Pages add they display a Christian symbol, which I mistakenly assumed meant that they conducted their business to honor Christ.

All we want is to have our refrigerator repaired as was promised! SOON!
