DANGEROUS AND HOSTILE TO TENANTS, -BEWARE!!! Owner/Manager Mike Brady (whose almost never there) will cut off your locks, remove 10 times the value of your personal stuff versus what he claims you owe (e.g.$2000 vs. $116), and threaten to have you arrested if you try to get back into the unit. Beware of Tricky and Oppressive Rental Agreements demanding excessive fees if youre paying late, which if your poor will likely result in confiscation of all your stuff! Mr. Brady backdated my Rental Contract, then a day after signing the contract he cut off my locks, put on his, then demanded ridiculous sums to get back in and threatened to have me "picked-up" by police anywhere if they saw me. Theres no onsite manager and also his rental agreements differ greatly from most chain-type mini storage places. Also notice numerous unlocked-units yet contain tenants personal belongings and almost never see any other tenants at the property, should have been a telltale sign this place is trouble!!! To date he hasn't returned over $2000 in my personal belongings!!! DANGER! DANGER! DANGER!!!
