This large apartment community has lots of rules for "some people", others live dangerously with drugs, lots of smoking (cigarettes and drugs) and drug cooking at times, drunken fights, one resident `fired his pistol spraying bullets on the playground where the small children are, nice. The mgt claims and descriptions of rentals does not match the reality of the place, claims of no smoking in apartments, clean, quiet and good maintenance apt living. One of the worst places I have lived, maintenance is a joke, no matter how serious the request, the resident has to wait until "they get around to it", like no working toilet or refrigerator, have to wait days, weeks, etc. The manager is never seen, when she is on property, she hides in back office and the grounds and dumpsters are usually always dirty, nasty, with trash blowing around, sorry I moved here. Groundsman is rude and lazy,Don't move here unless you like the type of living I just described.

I have lived her for 4 years and it is by far the best apartments I have lived in. They have a full maintenance staff so work orders are done in a day or so. If your AC goes out they will come out even if it's 9pm at night. The neighborhood is usually quiet and the staff are all friendly. I'm not going anywhere soon....
