Sadly, after going to Top Cut's various locations in the Tulsa area for over three years to get my hair highlighted, I will no longer be returning! The girl that I went to was wonderful, but once she left things went downhill. The last color I received a few months back was a little disappointing, but I deiced to give Top Cut another shot. I called to arrange an appointment a few days prior and then when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the lady who would be doing my hair had just gone to lunch and would be back in about 40 mins. Not sure if she was not told she had a color appointment or she just forgot, the lady in the salon did not know. Needless to say, I left and went to Super Cuts and was able to walk in and get my highlights taken care of at a much cheaper price I might add! I never received a call or anything from Top Cut after that, even thought they had my name and number. Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism and organization.

My haircut ws great and the price was lower than the places I had been going to. I will be back.
