The incompetence of this office is astounding. Scripts are never ready resulting in multiple trips or next day trips to their office o ly to wait. Referrals are 2 months in process and still not done. The walk in clinic is a joke. Good luck seeing someone as often your concern does not meet their criteria. There is no communication between the doctors and staff resulting in five different people all telling you something different. Save time and money and go somewhere that actually cares about their patients.

This place is HORRIBLE! The sign clearly says walk-ins welcomed but they make you set up an appointment. My son was sick and we tried to get in (thinking it's walk in). They made us set up an appointment to come back. It's dirty and the doctor does not care at all. He makes you wait forever, comes in and that's it. He doesnt care about you. He's making money so your health is NOT a priority in his hand. UPC is everywhere, and you would think they would care. But this is not the first time we are unhappy with UPC. We will no longer be going to any UPC. We.ve tried UPC Owasso, UPC Jenks and UPC on Lewis.
