This has been an awful experience. My wife and I tried their starter kit a few months ago. it never worked well for her until I swapped and noticed hers really wasn't firing well. Right out the box. got another reservoir/igniter and it worked better but still not good enough to be satisfying.



I stuck with it, moving up in models with marginal improvement. Batteries would never stay charged, they leaked. And I wasn't even a heavy user...one bottle every two weeks.



I finally broke down and got a deluxe "Kanger' model. Cost me $100 all told and the first DAY the charging cord connection was difficult to connect. Plus it leaked!



After week, I noticed a metal spur on the connector was the problem and took it back. They charged me $10 for a new one. Two days later the battery quit charging. I changed out the sparse parts they provided as backup to no avail. I bought a pack of cigarettes to hold me over until I got a new one from another dealer. Ten days all told.



This shop is definitely not known for high quality in my opinion after all the money I've spent here. it's gets two stars for the dogs...
