The coffee is excellent and made consistently every time. The baristas are also friendly and pleasant every day.

I used to stop in here occasionally as it's a good location for me, but for some reason the baristas aren't very friendly to me. I've heard them be friendlier to what must be their regular customers though. Also, I'm not a fan of the powdered chocolate they use in my mocha. At most coffee places I ask for "no whip or foam" as I want all coffee for my $4. This place doesn't give me foam, but just doesn't fill the cup all the way. Finally, at least twice now they've given me sugar-free when I just ask for nonfat. I cannot stand the after-taste of sugar-free products but I didn't say anything this time because the last time when I politely mentioned it, the gal got defensive & was curt. I won't be stopping in again no matter how convenient it is.
