NOT recommended. Very unprofessional, Connie has very bad customer service. Will never recommend to anyone I know.

Several years a customer and very happy with the grooming results! Owner and employees are friendly and great with my dogs. Dogs love it - I love it! Have kenneled there too and seems like the dogs had a great time.

The owner makes up policies and slaps dollars and fees that are not in writing. This business is a pure rip-off.

I was late getting home by 15 minutes and the groomer locked up the kennel and refused to open the door. I saw her through the window and she ignored me. I wasn't able to get my dog until the next morning

Beware. We used to take our dog here, but quickly stopped. Our dog was more afraid of this groomer than the vet! Also everytime we went to pick her up, we were told "oh, you should probably let her go outside. She hasn't been out in a while" and she would go a lot! I think they would leave our dog locked up ALL day. The last straw was when we asked for a "shorter" haircut for our pomeranian for the summer and she came back shaved! We are now looking for another groomer.
