The restaurant had a off putting odor. Also there was an Asian woman that said she was the manager. She was very loud, rude and seemed to be completely oblivious to the fact she was very annoying even when we told her to please leave us ALONE. I will not be eating there again and will not be recommending this place to anyone I know.

Called in to place an order for 2 regular teriyaki and 1 hot chicken. Wife sent me to get it and pulled into the parking lot and NO parking anywhere did circles around the parking lot 4 times finally decided to park by Ace hardware and walk over. Walk in and up to the counter where there was a Blonde Woman counting 1 dollar bills and what appears to be splitting up the tips for co-workers. She did not acknowledge me I sat in front of the counter for 30 seconds so i Sat down. After sitting down for 1 minute a paramedic came in and walk up to the counter and she asked how can I help you. In my head I was so angry! I had drove around a parking lot several times trying to find parking walked across a parking lot to go inside to pick my order just to sit there while a blonde woman counts tips on the front counter to be ignore and have another customer served before me. WOW!!!!!!!! I come here all the time with my wife and kids I've never been treated like this at any establishment. Counting your tips and ignoring a customer then serving someone else is a big NO NO! you lost this customer My wife can come here, but I will not anymore. She should be Fired!

I have been eating at this location close to every Friday for over four years with a co-worker. I hate to think how many piles of lettuce and cabbage that can add up to! The Love Salad is my favorite meal here--tangy sesame ginger dressing that they make is a specialty here. Sometimes I eat it more than once a week and take an order back to my desk! My co-worker at DOH agrees. She also has tried many of their other dishes and always cleans her plate, too. None of the other "Happys" have Love Salad so you have to come here. So popular with state workers, it can be hard to find parking on any given day between this and the Mexican restaurant. Both excellent values. Tasty!!

All I can say about the 2 Happy Teriyaki restaurants #'s 3 & 5 is CONSISTENT! In fact, as I sit here in #3 eating 1 of my favorite dishes, Yakisoba w/beef, all I can say is "Scrumpdilyiscious�!" In all my visits to these 2 I think I can barely recall 1 unsatisfactory meal, & that had to do w/small amt of veggies on a takeout order, which I called them about. It was minor & puzzling b/c my girlfriend's order was ok. Otherwise I have never been disappointed w/either quantity or quality.
