My husband and I hired MVP Reality to help sell our house, which did sell quite fast. Matthew seemed like a nice guy and he did a great job with hiring an interior designer to suggest staging furniture for the pictures and those pictures turned out great.

However, I was quite disappointed with quite a few things: There was a huge lack of communication, (which included not telling us that he negotiated things with the buyer's agent that we were not informed of until the very end).
We wanted to put the house on the market for a certain price, yet he suggested a way lower amount and when I said no to that, I feel like he didn't hear me because he pushed his price until I reluctantly said yes.

He only met with us two times: for the 1st time meeting and then for him to inspect the home. After that, I felt like we were on our own... No one was with us for any signings (to help us understand what we were signing) and no one on his team was with us when we went to escrow to sign the final documents... He didn't even call us to confirm that our house indeed was finally sold. Yes he or his team occasionally contacted us via the Glip app, but we were not contacted about negotiations of any sorts (which was super frustrating when we had no clue that the washer, dryer and fridge were actually staying, yet we had already moved them out).
There was so much frustratation going with MVP Reality because it felt like we weren't a priority to them (as clients). It felt like their only priority was to get our house sold as fast as possible. We felt very out of the loop and confused.
I'm pleased that our house sold, but this experience has left me with a bad taste in my mouth... Can't help but feel like we got cheated
