Very disappointed in my current visit to Majestic....had a visit in February to have my hair dyed silver\gray...the beautician told me 2 visits would do the job to my satisfaction!! After the second visit and 200.00 my hair turned gold... I called and she stated come back and I will fix for you..at that I was shocked to have to pay another 100.00 and still the color is not what I asked for!!! It's all about the money to them and not customer satisfaction!! The owner was rude and had no concern for my issue!!! If your thinking of trying them out, DON'T!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!! Try Deja Vu in Wilkes- Barre!! Nice groups of stylists!
