Awful customer service. Wish I could give less than a star. Called around 3pm to make an appointment for my daughter. Appointment was made for 6:30pm same day. Was there promptly at 6:30pm. Waited till 6:42pm without any acknowledgement. Came to counter to ask when she'd be seen. Told me it would be another 15-20 minutes. The guy then compared the nail salon to a doctor's office to explain the wait. Then told me I'd only waited about 10 minutes so far as if that was nothing. Apparently they have accepted a 30 minute wait beyond appointment time as normal. Beware. I will not be back and advise against booking this place. Conceited, rude, and they just do not care.

Such a sweet heart. Keeps conversation. Does excellent work.
