I have be trying to contact them all day to make a payment after 6 calls I still haven't got in touch with them..

Wow! I put an iPad air on layaway at choice pawn. When I made the last payment i didn't receive the one I bought and it didn't work! When confronted with this I was told no refund and I had to pay more for a different one per store policy by MANGEMENT and OWNERSHIP! They didn't revolutionize the pawn industry, they jus incorporated it which is a government authorized legal term for I'M ROBBING YOU NOW and IN THE FUTURE and there is NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT! Guess they have to show how they pay 6 or 7 employees that I still have not figured what their job actually is.

Choice pawn started out as a reliable and cheap pawn shop. I loved the people and the atmosphere. Now that they hired a new manager it's not good anymore. Anything they offer to trade they give you one price and then when they talk to the manager the price has dropped significantly. Not to be trusted.
