Had to have tires rotated and balanced this afternoon. Staff was quick and very courteous. They went above and beyond good service.

What a waste of time ! Called 2 days ahead to purchase a set of tires. Gave the Rep.

the tire size and model info and he checked his computer and said to call on the day

of service for a time slot. On the day of service the person I spoke with was clueless about my request but took some more info and gave me a time slot. When I showed

up at the store they did not have the tires to fit my vehicle in stock. Went to Mac's

for service without an appointment and was taken care of right away with excellent

service.

Don't expect the store to HONOR their committment/promise to do a free tire rotation when you purchase their tires. At the time of purchase I was told to come in anytime during Coopers working hours and I would get my tires rotated for free. I came in ONE AND A HALF HOURS before closing time and was turned away.
