Lawhon Elementary School offers education to students in grades kindergarten through three. It provides classes in subjects that include mathematics, English, fine arts, foreign languages, social studies, science, physical education, business, computer science, and visual and performing arts. In addition, the school offers training classes in reading, writing, communication and problem solving skills. The extracurricular activities provided by the school include, art shows, drama, band, storytelling, handbook and music. It also offers a wide range of sports activities that include baseball, cross country, softball, soccer, basketball and volleyball. It provides scholarship programs, career counseling and academic guidance services. The school is a part of the Tupelo Public School District and is located in Tupelo, Mass.
