This hotel is terrible they have poor customer service and are not friendly. I slipped on a puddle of water and not one person offered to assist. I spoke to the GM and she was of little to no help. I spoke to Corporate and they were just as rude. I do believe in getting what you pay for and all I wanted was a comfortable clean stay. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this facility.
