I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of integrity in Timber Lake's employees. On 11/30/2018 7:48 am Chicago time, a Timber Lake truck dented my car while making a delivery to KWOK'S MEAT CO. at 1801 S. CANAL ST. CHICAGO, IL 60616. The security officers at KWOK was very helpful. Using their surveillance recording, they were able to quickly determine that it was a Timber Lake truck that dented my car. They printed out all the information they had regarding that delivery, including CID#98341, PO#49315, and Load ID: LD0005268. Unfortunately, they don't have any information about the driver or the license number (and the surveillance was not clear enough to show the license number neither). I called Timber Lake and explained the situation, asking them to help identify the driver. But they simply said "No, it's not one of our trucks." and hung up on me. I'm sad that instead of identifying the driver so that he can own up to his mistake and be more careful next time, the company chose to cover it up. Doesn't your company's reputation and integrity worth more than the few hundred bucks it would take to fix a dent on my car?
