The historic Carnegie Library opened in 1916, and following a renovation and expansion project in 2011 is now one of only a handful of professional art centers in the Central Valley region. The Carnegie's programs include museum-quality art exhibitions, educational classes and programs, lectures, and activities in artistic genres as diverse as dance, music, theater and more.
