My dog goes here and getting an appointment is pretty hard as the place is very busy. Busy means lots of happy people but inevitably the negative ones have to blab more. My shihtzu always comes home happy and I've always checked to make sure there is water available. Molly likes going and I'm glad that I can see what's going on. Sometimes that means seeing hair on the floor ( they do cut hair for goodness sake). I suppose they could have tables that suck the hair in as they cut but lighten up. And I must say that these girls always have tried to fit us in which probably results in them working until 7 pm sometimes. I guess that's good since I don't suppose any of them have anything better to do then work late. Goodness sakes take a look behind the closed doors of some other places first. We found a stray with an ingrown dew claw. They trimmed the claw and santized the area. We just dropped by, they were so nice and compassionate, and inexpensive.

I took my dog to this place and I had an eleven am appointment and when they finally called call me it was seven pm..They did a sloppy job and the so called "SPA" was a mess with dog hair everywhere.I got my dog home and poor thing sat at her dish drinking water for like five minutes..They claimed the lost a groomer and still charged me full price..I do not recommend them at all..
