Becoming a CNA is going to help me advance in my nursing career. I would like to further my education into becoming a registered nurse and I find that doing the CNA course is going to give me experience. First Lady Permanente is a great place to do the CNA course. Really friendly and the instructor is really good.

I have been attending cpr/first aid classes for the past 20+ years, this class was by far the best and the teacher was great, he listened to all questions and was very helpful.

I took the BLS course on May 11, 2014 with Marcus. Being the day before Mother's Day, there were only 3 of us in the class and we got to have lots of hands on training. It was great and we completed the course, asked questions and took the tests in about 2 hours. I am comfortable and confident that I can save a life if I ever have to use my new skills.

I took my initial BLS for HealthCare providers at FLP and it was fantastic. The courses I have taken in the past have been so dry and boring, but this class was quite engaging! I have recommended them to everyone in need of life saving skills and will be returning when my ACLS certification comes up.

Best cpr class ive taken by far

The staff were accomidating and made my experience a great one. In the past I dreaded retaking my ACLS, but the instructor made it a great day. Definately worth the money due to the customized approach from the registration process through completion of the course. I was able to get my certificate within a few days, which was just in time for starting a new job the following week.
