Do not do business with this company. The owner Joe will hound you calling you sometimes three times a week to be a vendor at one of his shows. When I finally decided to be a vendor at his January 23 and 24 show, I filled out the information on his always positive website. It asked vendor spot of my choice, if I wanted electric, if I wanted chairs or table, etc. Then it asked for payment. I paid my 695.00 and was told i would receive a contract. I NEVER received a contract. I also never signed a contract since i never recived one. All communication ended at that point from Always Positive Grouo when he received my money. We then received a call on January 22 with Joe leaving a message that the January 23 and 24 show would be cancelled due to 20 inches of snow coming on January 23. When I called Joe after the snow storm on January 26 asking for a refund, I was told the show is reschedule for April, on dates we are unable to attend. When this was explained to Joe we can not man the April show or the next show in the fall and we just wanted a refund he refused. This is absolutely unethical. If Joe would have done the ethical thing and refund my money he would have saved a client for a future possibility next year. Instead his selfishness has caused a client writing bad reviews and spreading the word what a terrible company Always Positive Group is. Joe just wants to your money. I will never do business with them and hope no one else does either.
