My computer was running very slow so I called to see what they would recommend or do. They said that if they could not fix the problem then I would not be billed. They came on site, picked up machine and brought it back next day. Running like it was when I first purchased the machine. They found some gremlins that was causing it to run slow. They showed me some things I can run and do that will continue to keep it running in the future.



I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them!
