Provided by YPmobileI have been a customer of EZ pawn for a few years now and I will not be returning. I went there to try to pawn a nice watch to get some extra cash in a desperate time, and after a 35-40 minute wait they would not take my watch because the leather band had a wrinkle. I find the employees including the manager to be very unprofessional and do not seem to have any care for their customers whatsoever other than to say "welcome to EZ pawn" as you walk through the door. The reason my wait was so long was because it took 2 employees 20 minutes to analyze one customers jewelery multiple times. There must've been 15 people waiting in line behind me. Horrible establishment.
