If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a basket from them even showed the first basket i had bought before to show them how I wanted it made. I was never told it couldn't be done. Instead they took my money and made the basket completely different from what I wanted. I asked to have it fixed and was told no and no on a refund. So I'm stuck paying $50.00 for a basket that is better off as firewood.

I picked up my girls monogrammed backpacks from Katelyns Korner and one of them was monogrammed with the wrong color. The saddest part is they could care less! She stated that if I wanted it done right I should not have had my husband bring the bags to the store. She stated that I was not a "smart consumer." I guess they don't like providing their monogramming service to men. You can clearly see on the instructions tag (in there employees writing) that my husband asked for a green that MATCHED the green on the bag. If they were unable to provide that! They could have easily stated that instead of ruining my daughters backpack. Not to mention...it shouldn't matter if a male or female comes into a store! You should always provide them with the best of service. I would NEVER recommend patronizing them to anyone. They don't take pride in what they do and they know nothing about customer service.
