Dealing with Pasak Investments was not fun at all. They were so rude. Never ONE time could I get their so-called Property Manager to answer the phone. This business is owned and operated by a family, so there is no way to hold people accountable for their actions (or lack of) toward potential customers. Do not use this business if you are looking to rent or lease. There are 30 other REAL real estate companies to assist you in the Tuscaloosa area that are willing to work with you and who also have the ability to treat others with RESPECT. That means that they know how to be nice to others Pasak! Thankfully I found one who processed my application in less than 2 hours (compared to these people who took over 2 weeks, but said it would take several days), and my family and I have already moved into a much nicer home than what I applied for with Pasak.
