I had my identity stolen and needed to fax documents to the credit bureaus. They were trying to charge $1 per page to fax. Also they made me jump through hoops for a $500 overdraft loan. I'm also very unsatisfied with the lack of diversity in each location. They only have one black person working there. Lastly they only have 3 locations! I have taken every penny out of my account and switched banks.

Put my deposited check in WRONG ACCOUNT. Never would have known they messed up if I hadn't called to inquire because when I deposited it, deposit slip and teller said some of my check would show up on Monday. Because of THEIR mistake, it didn't and didn't show up until next day. Told them I was trying to purchase train ticket RIGHT THEN which had been $268 the entire weekend but was only $134 at that moment. By the time my funds show up, ticket will be $268 again. THEIR INCOMPETENCE COSTING ME $134 EXTRA DOLLARS!!! Also takes really long time to get PIN number. Never had issues with credit union before but will definitely be changing banks in near future. Besides, 6th street location doesn't have teller and they charge you to use other ATM machines. I guess if I want free teller since they are not part of the Credit Union 24 Network, I have to drive to Northport!
