Provided by SuperpagesFirst you need stars with minus signs!. I mailed a Mother's Day card to my daughter on Thursday at noon from the main post office. She did not get it until Monday. She lives in Birmingham, AL not England! I could walk to Birmingham in 5 days! Postage goes up and service goes down! (note": minus one star)

Provided by Superpagesthis is the worst post office i have ever had to deal with. These people have zero regard for your mail and Mail laws. They delivered my package to parcel locker but gave me the wrong key. It has been four day i have called them several times and i still do not have my package. They do this all the time. i am not the first person this happens and everyone has called to express their concerns and yet nothing is being done about it. Quite frankly what they are doing is illegal and they just do not care.

Provided by SuperpagesHorrible. I keep having my mailbox ignored by the postman. Mind you that I live behind the main house on the street, at a 1/2 Apt. I've called the post office about and asked for the postmaster. They were out, even though the business hrs were not finished for the day. I asked why my mailbox was ignored for several days, their response is that since it was behind a main house and not on the road, that it would not be serviced unless mail is being delivered. The lady was not the postmaster but the one in charge at the time, and was fairly rude. Plus I just found out today, that another reason why my apartment and 4 others has been ignored, is that our mail has been dropped at the front house. Even though it is labeled to 6 different individuals to the apartments behind the main house. I agree to the previous responses, the united postal Service will not last long and there are reasons why they are loosing customers and money.

Provided by SuperpagesI ordered several textbooks online, 2 of which were said to be "delivered" but were lost and the customer service at this branch is incredibly difficult to deal with. No wonder USPS is losing so much money.

Provided by SuperpagesNo wonder post office loosing money; they don't care if you get that URGENT pkg. or not. It's not urgent to them! And contact phone numbers on your label...don't bother. They won't call you. When you ask why they have a place on the form for the phone number - they reply, "we don't make the form" OMG ! Express Mail means they take your money quickly...that's all. "Going Postal" has a brand new meaning to me...THEY DON'T CARE. Federal Express, here I come!
