Whatley Dental is the worse I have been to. I had upper teeth pulled and a denture put in. I had to keep going back for adjustments many times and still never fit right. My front teeth never were even with my lower teeth. I would bite into a sandwich or burger and couldn’t even bite through a tomato or pickle. I would have to pull the whole thing out in one piece. The dentist said they were supposed to be like that. I kept telling him that the uppers were so far back in my mouth that I kept gagging. He also said they were supposed to be far back. After 6 months I couldn’t take it anymore. Of course I had to pay an extra $110 to have my uppers sent out to be refitted. Well, when I went back to get my uppers they fit worse than before. I did go back and had an adjustment done to no avail. Dentist still said my upper plate and my lower teeth were not supposed to meet in front. He said dentures are supposed to be like that. By the way, my bottom teeth are my own. I gave up on going back, I just don’t wear my uppers unless necessary. Money that I couldn’t afford poorly spent.

If I could give it negative stars, I would! I hate this place! I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. I paid almost $1500 to have permanent caps put on my teeth in August, and in January, while I was eating a sandwich one of them broke off to the gum. The next day, when I went back to the clinic, they asked me for $50 before they would even look at it, after telling me on the phone otherwise. Then when the dentist did get time to see me, he told me it would be $800 more for him to fix it!

My husband and I both have used MW for our dental needs. One of our first visits was for my husband. After several visits to other dentist, and being told his tooth had to be done surgical, we made one last stop at MW. Dr A was the only one that said, "Yea, I can pull that". It was a moler that was also in his sinus cavity, and others were afraid it would tear as it was being pulled. Dr A was so patient and gentle. She took her time and slowly extracted the moler. It did require one stitch but was done with no other problems. We have praised MW ever since. I started going because of the payment options. They are very flexable and also work on a sliding scale fee for us that are on disability. I continue to go for all my dental needs and so does my husband. We know we will recieve fair and excellent service. Thank you Dr A and MW for the great service wonderful care. BLM
