We have used Promenade last year and this year with no problems or complaints even when they were having a sale and it was slammed with customers they still worked promptly and were very helpful. Alterations have never been a problem and have always been exactly what was expected. Great Job Promenade

Do NOT buy any dress from this shop. I was there a few weeks ago trying on a Size 2 Sherri Hill prom dress. I fell in love with the dress but noticed the jewel belt was too tight. The lady helping me told me to go ahead and purchase the next size up (Size 4) so the belt would be bigger, and alterations could make the straps of the dress feel like the Size 2. However when I showed up today to try on the size 4 dress, the belt was STILL too tight after I was PROMISED the belt would work. It was so tight that I couldn't even get the zipper to zip up all the way, and I couldn't button it shut. After being extremely frustrated about my dress not fitting, they told me I COULD NOT RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT. So here I am less than a month before SENIOR prom, with a $600+ dress that doesn't fit. Once I expressed how frustrated I was with the dress, they stopped helping me and became very rude. I will NEVER go back into this store again.

HORRIBLE service. When I bought my dress I was ASSURED REPEADLY that my dress would not be sold to the same prom. Lo and behold, there was another one at my prom. Whenever I confronted the owner and manager with my problems I was either hung up on or pushed on to a younger associate who didn't know how to deal with my problems. Also if you don't "have money" they won't treat you with respect. Go somewhere else that values their customers.
